TRUST IN HIM

Though the storms may rage around me,
And relief seems far away,
I can look into the stormy heavens,
And know God hears me when I pray.

When troubles and sorrow suround me,
And it seems there is no peace in sight,
I know in my heart if I trust Him,
He will make all things right.

He has an answer to all my problems,
He only wants what is best for me.
When He allows my steps to falter,
My way He will help me to see.

Why should I fear what is coming,
When I know He walks by my side?
Each thing He allows can be a blessing,
When I let Him be my Guide.

"Trust in Him at all times...God is a refuge for us."
Psalm 62:8

WONDERFUL PROMISES

What wonderful promises I can find,
As I study God's Holy Word.
When I was lonely and downcast,
His comforting words I heard.

He brought joy to my broken heart,
He raised my spirits high,
He assured me of His loving care,
And brushed the tear from my eye.

When I feel that no one cares,
He speaks in a still, small voice to me,
And reminds me He's with me 'til the end,
And my Friend He will always be.

When I'm alone in my sorrow,
When no one shares my grief,
I can look up to Him and know
That His love will bring relief.

"I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you."
John 14:18
